my artist statement:

An artist on a mission to inspire women to be free, live free and most importantly think free… These collections of ear pieces conceptualize the soul of Jey free and the way she views the world. To see her artistry is to voyage through out the avenues of her social environment. Regarding real problems and issues we confront everyday, Integrity and awareness are the foundation for which this line of TRUTH/SPEAK PIECES was inspired. Each pair is one of a kind to preserve the raw emotion and the passion felt at the time of creation. As a client of hers you’re allowed to indulge in explicit originality at its paramount. Jey Free’s creative twist on abstract art in these circular patterns are reminiscent of the world we subsist; with no end point in sight, just a continuous flow allowing personal growth and the birth of new points of view on social topics. The two sided collections are the SPEAK and the TRUTH series. While coming from the same creative genius, these pieces embrace their own formation of beauty and expression.
